By booking with Flying Teepee, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Hire Inclusions:
Our overnight bell tent hire includes full setup and takedown and decorations. All items are provided as described and must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
2. Supervision & Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times while using the tents and any included decorations or accessories. Flying Teepee accepts no liability for accidents or injuries to any person.
3. Pets Policy:
Pets are not permitted in or around the tent at any time. If the tent or any provided items are soiled or damaged due to the presence of pets, we reserve the right to retain part or all of your damage deposit to cover cleaning or replacement costs.
4. Weather Conditions:
While our tents are suitable for outdoor use, severe weather (e.g., high winds, storms) may make it unsafe to proceed. In the case of adverse weather, we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. A full refund will be issued if Flying Teepee cancels due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance.
5. Customer Responsibility & Damage Fees:
The customer is responsible for the tent and all provided items during the hire period. Any damage, soiling, or loss caused by misuse, pets, or neglect will result in the loss of your damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full after safe return and inspection of all items.
6. Cancellations:
If Flying Teepee cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
If the customer cancels 14 days or less before your hire date, the payment is non-refundable.
7. Liability:
Flying Teepee is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the hire period. Use of our equipment is at the customer’s own risk.

Payment & Booking Terms
Setup & Collection
We typically set up your bell tent on the evening before your event and collect it the day after or a mutually agreed day. Specific times will be confirmed during booking to ensure a smooth experience.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.
Hire Fee
The standard hire fee is £300, which includes the bell tent, beds, bedding, and decorations. This amount is due 14 days prior to your event date. Additional extras, such as party bags or custom themes, are available at an extra cost and will be detailed in your personalized quote.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. All payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the hire fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the hire fee, but the damage deposit will be refunded.
