Setup & Collection
We’ll usually set up your bell tent the evening before your event and take it down the day after. Exact times will be arranged with you during booking to make everything run smoothly.

Damage Deposit
To secure your date, we require a refundable damage deposit of £150. This will be returned within 7 days after your event, as long as everything is returned in good condition.

Hire Fee
Our standard hire fee is £300, which includes the bell tent, beds, cosy bedding, and charming decorations. This fee is due 14 days before your event.
Looking for something extra? Add-ons like party bags or custom themes are available—just ask! These will be included in your personalised quote. 

We can recommend a fantastic face-painter or photographer to make your party extra special, just ask for details.

Payment Options
We accept payment by bank transfer or other agreed methods. Full details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.
